  2. a 6D mouse using gyroscopes. The weak article doesn't explain if the 
  3. gyroscopes are optical or mechanical, though there's an ambiguous mention of 
  4. an "optical scensing surface". The mouse weights 5 OZs and plugs into Apple's 
  5. Desktop Bus and IBM PC's. Available "early next year" (probably means Nov 
  6. instead of Dec 92 :-)  Developer's version is $1K.
